Don't recommend doing business with these guys. They let the apartment complex I lived in get so neglected that they let things get ran into the ground. Tried to fine the residents when they were the ones who let maintenance neglect the property.

I've lived in Carolina Creek for about three years now. The first year, I had to threaten legal action for them to fix a leak in my roof that turned out to be rotted wood around the boot pipe in the roof. I still find evidence of water damage from other leaks that they refused to fix when they finally hired an actual roofing company to fix the first leak. There is a tarp on my roof that has been there the entire time I've lived there. All maintenance does for the water damage is to cover it up with paint. I've now gone about... read more

Shelley Peterson, owner of Carolina Creek apartments, played in my face Monday (12/09/2024) when I went into the Carolina Creek office and privately spoke with her. I told her I have been reaching out to CC management for WEEKS about situations going on at my apartment that haven't been resolved. My S/O worked with Corey and his team closely for a long time, they failed to provide her with the necessary resources to keep her property up to code as well as the support and training to properly handle Tennant situations and court matters. Here are some of the photos of her dilapidated property because of the refusal of upper management to supply her with adequate resources, vendors, or trained maintenance personnel. If you value your money, I recommend finding a company that values the quality of their investments.
