Dr.Donaldson is an amazing vet. My dog was experiencing UTI symptoms, and everywhere I tried calling did not have space to take him. Emergency vets were even booked up. I called Kahu and they were able to get me in 25 minutes later. The staff was super kind and the clinic itself was clean. Thank you so much for taking Rocky in and giving him such wonderful care. He’s grateful too and sends a big thank you for looking after him so well!
I don’t usually leave reviews, but this place really deserves one. I brought my cat here recently and it was honestly the best experience I’ve ever had with a vet. The clinic is beautiful, super clean, and has such a calm atmosphere. From the moment I walked in, the staff were incredibly kind and welcoming. I am a first time kitten mom and I have had Chihiro for a week. I came across Kahu when looking for clinics that are walking distance. Everyone there was so friendly, and Chihiro felt calm and comfortable. He even explored the room he was in! Special shoutout to Dr. Andrea Donaldson. Very lovely clinic with professional and caring staff. High empathy and high quality compassionate care. The clinic is also clean, beautiful and very modern. This clinic is an oasis for pets and their humans.
