Location for Kansas City has disabled reviews for a reason! The lady (Lauren/Laura or whatever she is…) who answers the phone is the most “KAREN” type of person you would ever meet. Her tone, language and nose in the air attitude keeps me from calling to solve the collection & schedule payment arrangements. How can I take care of business when she makes you feel small for even being in this situation?!?!
