Dont bother calling them. Tried to get in touch with Josh about an insurance quote and you'd think I was trying to sell them something. The receptionist was rude and Josh was downright insulting. They don't care about people, just their precious paperwork! It you want to be treated like an unwanted object give them a call, if you want to be treated like a human being then call somebody else!!
For many years now I have been able to maintain reliable and affordable insurance through my independant agent and am still doing so. Claims are answered quick without excessive scrutinisation in regards to the needed repairs.
