I had a follow up appointment from an annual physical exam with Dr. Kahn. He instructed the admin to change the appointment from follow up to another annual physical even though I just had one four months prior. He spoke with me the entire appointment then filed a report as if he had completed a full physical exam, complete with notes about my abdomen, neck, skin condition, etc. He also ordered a battery of blood tests and claimed I suffered from 'exhaustion'. My PCP retired and Dr. Kahn filled in until the practice was able to find a permanent replacement. Dr. Kahn changed my 'check-up' visit to an 'annual physical' at the time I checked in for the scheduled appointment, ordered a series of lab tests, changed a decades-old diagnosis I had even though I protested, created a diagnosis of 'fatigue' that I do not have so 'insurance will cover the lab work', filed a report of my visit indicating he completed an annual physical exam. Dr Kahn is so knowledgeable and down to earth but he is retiring! No one else like him!
Long time patient, so sorry to hear he's retiring.
