In times of emergency, they won't pick up their phones, extensions that don't work, and left scrambling for info without their help.
Unprofessional and the worst customer service there could be. Lied to our face regarding policy coverage, then admitted it over the phone but said they were not covering our losses as they should have. Fraudulent company to say the least.
Absolutely amazing experience with agent. I never thought I would say that about auto policy shopping. She was very thoughtful and thorough and explaining my policy to me, as well as the importance of my coverages, she took her time and made me feel like I wasn't just a policy. When I walked out of there I felt very confident that I picked the right agent absolutely .
