Horrible experience, they lie tell And tell you, they are going to do it in a very professional manner then they come out and do it in the worst way ever with subcontractors. My concrete is falling apart. It is only been four weeks. There are huge voids under it. Part of it has not even cured and just crumbles they did not do anything they put in the contract, they put down a vapor barrier, then removed it right before the concrete pour they did not prep the ground under the concrete as they stated in the contract, they left... read more
Great experience from initial visit to completing the roof repair. I added several items to the repair and Jose had no issue solving each one. He went above and beyond by inspecting and repairing several loose nails and vent fittings. Highly recommend!
The folks at Kahlo Construction have helped us out a few times now with various projects. The latest project was a privacy screen with louvers. It turned out beautifully and I really appreciate the attention to detail, creativity and personal service.
