Read the other reviews, and you'll see they rip off your deposit as well. I cleaned the place extremely well, plus I steamed cleaned the carpets. In return? They still stole my $600 deposit.

Was with Kahler for a bit over a year. I knew I was going to be moving out so had went to a month to month rate after 6 months. I notified them 3 months early that I would be moving out. Their own paperwork showed this. When I moved out they kept my deposit claiming I gave no notice. Re: NORTHERN LIGHTS STORAGE FACILITY. Wish I could give ZERO stars! Absolute GARBAGE! Candace assured me I would be able to RENT a space for a Cargo Trailer on a Saturday! ("It's a self-serve kiosk; available 24 hours per day!) Arrived after driving from Iowa- Kiosk is inoperable. See Photo. Option 1 isn't helpful if the Kiosk is not working; Option 2 is not available since no one answers the phone (hours are Monday through Friday); Option 3 is not available as the Apartment office IS CLOSED ON SATURDAY! Absolutely horrible!! Made an appointment to view a home. Showed up on time and nobody was there! Called and she was nothing but rude. She said I never confirmed the the appointment when we just spoke on the phone the day before CONFIRMING the appointment. She hung up on me. There has to be a corporate office! This deserves a 0 star.
