Read the other reviews, and you'll see they rip off your deposit as well. I cleaned the place extremely well, plus I steamed cleaned the carpets. In return? They still stole my $600 deposit.

Was with Kahler for a bit over a year. I knew I was going to be moving out so had went to a month to month rate after 6 months. I notified them 3 months early that I would be moving out. Their own paperwork showed this. When I moved out they kept my deposit claiming I gave no notice. Re: NORTHERN LIGHTS STORAGE FACILITY. Wish I could give ZERO stars! Absolute GARBAGE! Candace assured me I would be able to RENT a space for a Cargo Trailer on a Saturday! ("It's a self-serve kiosk; available 24 hours per day!) Arrived after driving from Iowa- Kiosk is inoperable. See Photo. Option 1 isn't helpful if the Kiosk is not working; Option 2 is not available since no one answers the phone (hours are Monday through Friday); Option 3 is not available as the Apartment office IS CLOSED ON SATURDAY! Not impressed. We rented from KPM for a year to its date, before we bought our house. The owner would stalk us and show up unannounced just to bicker at things that were being taken care of. Then she would call KPM and tell them what we were doing like watering the lawn enough. (We brought it back to life) and that i was parked to close to the yard. Ect. Terrible, Horrible, Lazy Didn't fix anything in our house, took them 2 months to fix toilet, upon move out walk through she was optimistic and told me we'd get the majority back come to find out we won't. They don't care about tenants and treat them like a dollar sign. I wouldn't recommend them to ANYONE! Save your time, energy, and MONEY and rent from someone else.
Absolutely horrible!! Made an appointment to view a home. Showed up on time and nobody was there! Called and she was nothing but rude. She said I never confirmed the the appointment when we just spoke on the phone the day before CONFIRMING the appointment. She hung up on me. There has to be a corporate office! This deserves a 0 star.
