I am so grateful to Kahl and their technitian Josh for making my a/c crisis a priority for them. Josh got here, quickly diagnosed the problem and soon had cold air flowing through my home. He was gracious, efficient and thorough. He helped me get signed up with a maintenance contract so my a/c needs are covered. Thanks Kahl, it’s great to have a dependable company to rely on.
Our upstairs AC went decided to go out at 5pm. Called Karl thinking I was going to get an answering machine but was pleasantly surprised to talk to their staff who was able to dispatch Josh Hay the same night!
