This was the first massage I have gotten in my life, and it exceeded my expectations! He was very welcoming and friendly, and the space was a nice, clean studio. I have been dealing with knots in my shoulder blade, leading to limited neck mobility and shooting pain, and I left the studio pain free. I'm also extremely ticklish and he communicated with me through the session to ensure I was comfortable and feeling relief, rather than being tickled. Highly recommend!

First time here and I will for sure be back. James is an expert in his trade. I left knowing that I need to put sport massages in my routine, he helped with my rotator cuff tightness and loosened every tight muscles that I had. Will recommend to anyone that is active and wants to add another element to help recover.
