If you have any major problems, he wont help. I told him over the phone that a few of my teeth were pretty messed up and when I got there he looked in my mouth a half a second and told me he wont do anything unless I stop eating sugar for 6 week. He was pretty dickish the way he talked to me. I see why his reviews aren't very good. My theory is that he is now too old to do the real work. Not to mention, his waiting area and work area smelled extremely musty. Looking at the reviews, he must prefer women as patient.
