My daughter was a patient there for about 6 yrs. I loved the dr but the staff there is bad. They don't do referrals on time...it took them about 8 months to refer my dr out...every time I questioned them they told me the referral expired that they had to resubmit...they did that 3 times. I finally called my daughters insurance and I was told no referral request had been submitted... I went in to talk to the supervisor and it was like talking to air...she ignored me and walked away...I finally change drs but now they won't tr... read more

Did this pediatrician have toys, magazines or TV's in the waiting room? They had some, but nothing my kids were interested in Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy? Absolutely, the customer is always right here
