Reasons not to go to Dr. Charlie Kagen: 1. Always running late. Waited over an hour past my appointment time. Receptionist even admitted that he is always late and urged me to come 30 mins after my appointment time. 2. Doesn't take clear notes that are easily understood by other medical professionals or even himself. Always spent the first 10-20 minutes getting him up to speed on what we discussed at the last appointment. 3. Didn't listen to my concerns. Originally went to see his dad when I was about 7 years old. Now over 40 year later now seeing his son Dr. Charles Kagen. Great doctor, caring and very knowledgeable. Highly recommend!
