Reasons not to go to Dr. Charlie Kagen: 1. Always running late. Waited over an hour past my appointment time. Receptionist even admitted that he is always late and urged me to come 30 mins after my appointment time. 2. Doesn't take clear notes that are easily understood by other medical professionals or even himself.
