Very disappointing customer service at the front desk I went to this orthopedic clinic today, and I have to say that the front desk experience was very disappointing. The lady at the front desk had a bad attitude. She told me I had to change the reason for my dad’s shoulder pain because if it wasn’t work-related, the insurance wouldn’t cover it. Dr. Hong and his staff were so kind. Very efficient office & clean. Was able to get me in same day as a new patient for an acute injury.

For both my husband and I. He had pain in knee. He works PT job and had to take off without pay. This is what lead us to Ortho Kagan: Went to some Orthopedic Specialists we knew from before and were not happy at all, too long to "get approval" for MRI, which did NOT NEED that from insurance at all. Then, more bs with approval for prednisone shot which I balked at and told them to just call insurance and it was approved immediately, maybe they'll try hyaluronic acid shots which 50% say work, so he got the prednisone shot and ... read more
