Dr. Kagan performed shoulder surgery a few years back due to being rear-ended while at a complete stop. The repair was made and I have no complaints. Everyone there , including the therapists, were excellent and performed their duties professionally. I am very please with the outcome.
Waited an hour past my scheduled time to be seen on initial visit and was then referred for an mri. I was told the mri would only be a $40 copay but my insurance said that quote was entirely incorrect. It didn't matter because they never gave me the protocol /procedure for the mri PRIOR to having it done. When I got to their office I completed their questionnaire which asked if you ever weld or grind metal to which I answered "yes".
