Recently I had to call Kafin HVAC for a minor repair of something they installed. They sent a very nice technician who was very knowledgeable and made a very quick repair. This repair was on an electronic vent damper which Kafin originally installed. A hex nut came loose and caused the damper to fall off of the vent. The technician simply put the damper in place and re-tightened the hex nut. Problem solved. Had I known it was such a simple fix, I would have done it myself.
