Absolutely terrible at answering the phone. Hung up on before I got a real person multiple times. Had to go in the office to talk to someone. Absolutely horrible.
Dr. Lai is wonderful.
Had both of my hip replacements through Dr Lai. He was always very professional and thorough on his explanations of what was going to happen and what to expect. Wonderful to be able to walk around pain-free highly recommend. Thanks Dr Lai!
