I was happy that I got in for a follow-up appointment because it helped a lot. They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while. They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan. I was impressed with how comfortable the chairs in the waiting room were. Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her? Definitely! They staff spoke very highly of him/her Does this provider treat their staff well? Very! I've never seen an employer treat their staff better Was this provider sympathetic to your situation? Yes! They went above and beyond to make me feel special and respected

I did experience some pain but it was Botox and it wasn't too bad. They definitely care about patient comfort. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. This provider has helpful information available online, which is really convenient. They have a good website and online presence. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with their staff members.

I have been going to Joan Kaestner, M.D. now for about five years (at least!) and would not think of going anywhere else for my Botox or fillers. She is concise, professional, listens well, and is an expert in her field. I always feel that with Joan and with Ann (her assistant) I am in excellent hands and they will always put my needs ahead of any other consideration. It is wonderful to have such a wonderful service in North County. Thank you, Joan and Ann! -- Kathryn M.
