terrible drivers, don’t use their signals, nearly caused an accident
Called for service on our compressor. 3 weeks later, called again and was told a quote was sent and they are waiting on a reply. Quote was sent to invalid email address. They are now saying that it will take a week to get the parts to do the service call. Looking for a different Kaeser service provider.

Purchased a Sx 7.5 with an extended warranty. The first service was late so the warranty was cancelled without notice. Thinking my warranty was still in effect, The tech showed up and informed me that the compressor was broken. When they serviced the compressor, they told me they didn't know if the warranty would cover - but they could ONLY TELL IF THEY DID THE SERVICE FIRST - what a scam - they had already voided my warranty and had no intention of covering the repair.
