First time ordering from this place, and it will be the last time. Ordered 100 mugs for a high school reunion. I received 108, of which 5 were broken. I was also charged for 108. When I questioned this, I was told that the factory will send extra if they have a surplus. I told the girl that was the factory's choice, and not mine. I said I wanted 100, and that is what I should be charged for. She said that isn't how they do it.
