I went through a unique custody case. Although the situation itself and court was overwhelming/exhausting, Heather and her team proved to be top notch professionals. They came prepared and helped me feel comfortable having to take the stand, etc. In the end, the result of my case was deemed/decided for a better custody order that protects my children. I highly recommend Heather Kaemmer and her team.

Low education, small town law firm. Unfortunately, that’s what you get in this region. She is terrible in a courtroom, folds under pressure, gets nervous and shakes which is why she prefers to settle out of court. Manage your expectations here.

I hate to leave a negative review, but I want to save someone from experiencing what we went through. Alex Gillie was hired to represent us in a custody case. Her lack of confidence alone is enough reason to not have her represent you in important court cases. She cowers to other attorneys and stumbles across her words. Alex Gillie does not have the best interest of her clients in mind because she is not confident enough to stand up to opposing attorneys and fight for what is right. I had a front row seat watching Heather nonchalantly handle a father’s rights which resulted in a disabled path in participating in his childrens’ lives. The results of which are still haunting.
