Prompt, extremely thorough and knowledgeable. Listened....which I appreciated because this does not happen with every physician I have been to.
Dr. Krook was attentive and caring. Her bedside manner was thoughtful and responsive to my needs. I will definitely return to her for any additional needs!
I sat in her chair for years, repeatedly expressing my symptoms. At my last visit, I broke down crying. I begged for help an ultrasound, an X-ray anything to get answers. But every time, she refused. At the time, I only knew something felt wrong in my throat. I didn’t realize the issue was actually my thyroid. 3 visits and no relief from my sinus issues. She was dismissive and seemed to have no desire to help me, her patient, to feel better. Getting an appointment with her was too easy - no wait. Big red flag! Office was always empty. I’ll be seeking assistance from someone who actual wants to help their patients! Staff at office was nice!
Made an appointment, got my date mixed up. Failed to show up. Called to reschedule and agreed to pay $$ no show fee because I was at fault, but oh my, you can’t reschedule with THIS doc because she put me on the “no show” list. No thank you, I will find somewhere else to do my business with and hopefully find a more empathetic doc, because we aren’t all perfect like her.
