Dr. Kaelin has been our family dentist for 27 years. We have always appreciated the professional and courteous attention we have received. Dr. Kaelin has come out after hours for an emergency, they take customer service very seriously. I appreciate the timely reminders via e-mail, text and phone call. The waiting room is very spacious, clean and nicely decorated, I love the water feature. The attention to detail is amazing, right down to offering their patients a private restroom, and a bottled water while they wait.
Was not very pleased with this office
Unfortunately I can only rate this dental office as a 2 star as I had several unpleasant experiences while at this dental office.
Great Dentist, very clean office with up to date equipment. Excellent and helpful office staff, very friendly. Dr kaelin and his staff took care of my problem promptly, then made my teeth healthy again. My smile is beautiful again!
