Paul Maguire and Mariana Avila are the owners and property management. I rented from these slum lords for five years. They have a severe pest control problem, never fixed anything, took my deposit without an explanation. They are unprofessional and unresponsive when you need assistance. You literally have to be late on rent for them to call you. They will not provide rental verifications or return calls to other rental properties to prevent you from moving. KAE mgmt conducts illegal unit inspections prohibited under calif civil code section 1954 and illegally dumps large amounts of waste around tenant common areas, prohibited by local health and safety ordinances, right next to tenant units, blocking walkways and even blocking an emergency route at one point for a week. Attached are pictures of a current situation. This heap of debris is right in front of my unit. Attracts mice and rats. The Bldg Manager doesn’t know when it’s going to be hauled away.
