I came in last week on Sunday and my hair did not last until next Sunday. I kindly reached out for a redo, and they completely ignored me. $250 gone. Not to mention, it took around eight hours to do. I had an appointment scheduled at three and left at like 1130 that night because they kept stopping to chat. All around it was a bad experience. I always get compliments on my hairstyles! Kady is professional, uses quality hair, and her prices are very affordable. She takes her time to make sure every style looks neat and lasts. Highly recommend — one of the best braiding experiences I’ve had in Charlotte!
Kady is great! She corrected my boho braids that were done incorrectly by another salon with no problem. And my boho braids came out extra curly and perfect! Would recommend 100%!
Phenomenal service and amazing results!! My knotless braids turned out incredible, and I will definitely be back!
