After trying to get into wound care for over two weeks Cesar said to me it was only one week even though the wound that I’ve had for over a month my dermatologist was trying to get me in there. They didn’t call me for over seven days so I had to call my dermatologist back and they had to resend over the referral. Cesar is very rude I would not recommend this wound care clinic to anyone especially if it’s a serious wound that you need attention for.
They are treating my wife Bernice for a leg wound ... We've been there three times now and hardly any wait times!! ... Once ... we had the time wrong and showed up a half hour late!! Despite being super busy ... they worked us in!! Everyone has always been "REALLY COURTEOUS and FRIENDLY!!! Once in the room ... they have always treated her right away!! Also ... all the Nurses and Doctor "REALLY KNOW THEIR STUFF!!!!!" ... We highly recommend them!!!! 10 Stars
