Is anyone even at the desk? I was referred to urology from the ER the night before from a biopsy done somewhere else that resulted in a blood clot in my bladder, they told me to call in the morning about an appointment, and to follow up having a catheter removed they had to place. I have so far called 4 times, and each time i make it through the menu to the hold music, and after 5 minutes it will ring like someone has answered my call, and it then hangs ip on me. Worst medical office experience of my life. They made multiple clerical errors that resulted in them cancelling my contractually obligated ER follow-up appointment that I drove 3 hours for. I made multiple calls requeting to speak to the Office Manager who would not take or return my calls. I ultimately went to an alternate urology office (which was great) but it took 2 months to get in. Patient medical care is NOT their priority.
This place is horrible... they called me to rescheduled my appointment then when I show up at their scheduled time I was told it was not scheduled. She looked into and said yes we did that but there is no one available now... you have to come back. Then when i asked who I would be seeing (I've seen the doctor once every other time it was a different PA) I was told I would see a PA as the Doctor wants to focus on NEW patients. Not once did they apologize for messing up my appointment. I will not be back and will not recommend... read more

I had surgery with doctor Gavin today. He is extremely professional and very funny. Really helped me with my anxieties. His entire team is amazing as well. I was in extreme pain and they are very very busy. My appointment was kinda far out. Way too far out for me to make it. His scheduler called me with a cancellation and they got me in right away. I trust kadlec urology with everything in me and would recommend them to anyone.
