My surgeon Dr Gavin is great. I am 4 days post surgery and having significant pain so called the after hours number. The on call (not Gavin) wouldn’t even speak to me - but told the answering service that it is normal for catheters to hurt. The on call didn’t/doesn’t even know how the pain had decreased and has significantly increased all of a sudden. Told the answering service to tell me if I think I have an infection to go to ER. How do I know? I needed to talk to someone. Very disappointed with the aftercare.

After researching the doctors at this clinic, reading that they were accepting new patients I called to set up an appointment for my husband. I waited (14 people ahead of me the automated message said) finally when my turn came the I was told I needed a referral the doctors do not accept anyone unless they are referred. Horrible health care system we have. Our current urologist is no longer practicing. Good luck.

This clinic is horrible, they provide conflicting communication and go ahead cancel your appointment. Paperwork says different time one hour before the appointment, you get the text saying different time of arrival, you check at the application and get a different arrival time. I made it for appointment 30 minutes earlier and got a call when I was in the clinic elevator that I missed my appointment. Dr Slongo is very professional, and I feel comfortable with him. The doctor prepared me for the surgery and performed it perfectly! He took care of me and my family during a difficult time for us. Dr. Slongo and his team are the best!

They never call you back even though you call over and over again and when they do its a big runaround. There's maybe two people that do scheduling. They always say they sent a message to an MA every time, and I don't get a call back. Like today they called and said they would ask the doctor if he would prescribe me enough meds to last until my appt. She said I'll send him a message and I'll call you back. She never did. It's a big runaround it's irritating.
