I would give them zero stars if possible. I waited fourontha for an appointment. When I showed up, granted I was late, they couldn't just tell me 10 minutes was the limit. They sent me to the clinic to see if the doctor could still see me. When I got to the second receptionist, he made me wait after I had already waited downstairs, then didn't even check with the doctor. My regular provider was out of town, but the office responded to the message I sent through Mychart and were able to schedule me with another Dr. in the same office that same day.
