Terrible service. During the winter, when weather was adequate/safe to drive over, they didn't want to, and people who had been waiting for months to see them found their appointments having to be rescheduled. Now, they don't even come, which is probably for the better, but it makes Pendleton residents have to drive out of town to their appointments. I recommend seeing Dr. Geraldine Gardner in LaGrande, rather than driving to Kadlec/Providence.
