The nursing staff and Dr Maher were terrific. They help you feel as comfortable as possible considering the procedures they are doing. All were great answering questions and explaining the results. I would recommend.
Very disappointed with this place. I was a patient but didn't see the Dr for a year because I was doing good. Then when I had to get another pre-auth since my meds needed renewed the MA under Dr. Geldmacher said I would need another referral even though I've been seeing him for over a year. And another pre-auth. So when I did that, they refused to see me because of my condition and said they are no longer seeing new patients with Ulcerative Colitis?? Providence phone system inoperative and untenable. I've been trying for two days to return a call from Dr. Maher's office. Good luck even getting someone to answer the phone, I was on hold for over 30 minutes each on multiple calls per day with the call subsequently hanging up. The call doesn't even go to voicemail. I am simply trying to make an appointment with my doctor of 15 years.
