They scheduled for an appointment just 2 hours after I walked in so I went and got some lunch and came back. So much better than having to wait for 7+ hours at the other urgent care place. The provider was professional, knowledgeable, and pleasant. The price was fair and the ailment is cured. I hope I will never be back, BUT if I am in need of express care, I will be coming back to this location. Great job team!
PA Eric showed legitimate concern for me and the situation I was in. He sent me to my next stop right away and the referral was already there and they were expecting me. Express Care is genius!
I always feel comfortable bringing my baby here! Quick, Clean and I love how I don't have to wait long around a bunch of other people. All doctors we have seen always listen to my concerns and don't make me feel rushed, makes communicating so so much easier! Thank you all for everything you do!
Just go to the ER with a standard copay. I paid my copay of $40 and have since been billed an additional $480. The ER would have been a flat $150. I feel completely taken advantage of. Be upfront. This is crooked behavior.
