Just go to the ER with a standard copay. I paid my copay of $40 and have since been billed an additional $480. The ER would have been a flat $150. I feel completely taken advantage of. Be upfront. This is crooked behavior.
1st time getting treatment here. It was easy to schedule an appointment. The doctor and nurse were both friendly, professional and competent. Diagnosis and treatment plan for my condition were done quickly and explained clearly. I didn’t feel rushed and I felt valued.
Not sure if the ARNP we saw on 2/18/2025 had an off day, but we were not happy with the visit. Doctor called after chest Xrays and said "I can't do anything further for you, but you should be treated". Treated how? For what? He implied very much that if positive for flu or covid then no chest Xray even though he heard something in the lungs. We wanted the chest Xray so we didn't do the COVID or Flu testing. Easy online scheduling, taken back to a room in a timely manner, fantastic with my two young boys. Jennifer is fantastic, kind, knowledgeable, & to the point. We are always happy when we see she’s there! Andrea did a great job with my kiddos as well.
