I absolutely LOVE my doctor. Dr. Grothaus is amazing. I moved here 7 years ago and have been with him 6 years. He is the type of doctor if you express your concerns, he is about making sure we get results. He has never once made me feel ignorant about my concerns. He is assuring, but can also be that hard on you (caring) Doctor. This man is in it for his patients and is extremely caring.
I have been seeing Dr. Ruzika for several years now. My favorite part about him is that he listens. He listens to my concerns, im never rushed, he is extremely knowledgeable, and their team responds to my messages theough mykchart within 48 hours.
As an exciting patient it is frustrating when you need to wait a month and half to see your primary care doctor when needed.
I can’t believe the lack of care from this facility! It appears to be the clinic culture! Absolutely awful!!!!! I am beyond upset! Sadly, NO one cares.
