Dr. Diken is one of the most exceptional doctors I have ever seen. He has such a calm and caring demeanor and truly listens to your concerns. I have a very unique situation and had some concerns and he made sure to answer any and all questions I had while also showing compassion and understanding for the situation. The team at the Perinatal Center is always great, but Amanda and Shannon at the front desk have gone above and beyond for me multiple times dealing with insurance, helping with appointments in the Kadlec network on my behalf, and always being amazing over the phone and in person. Cant say how thankful I am for these ladies help!
First I call to make sure they're open today, and a nice lady by phone says yes. I said "great see you in a few minutes." I walk in the door not 5 minutes later and get turned away because they're closing for lunch from 1 to 2. It was 11:07 AM. I am just furious that I'm super pregnant, fasting/starving for my glucose test and they say COME ON IN. Then when I show up they turn me away. I understand there's a schedule but it would be great if the right hand communicated with the left!!
