Do not come here. DO NOT COME HERE. If you are new to the area and need a hospital, go to Prosser memorial health. Especially if you are pregnant. They are known for being horrible care givers. The amount of sad story I have heard, the amount of ALMOST. Nurses are OK, doctors are horrible and uneducated. Had a friend give birth at this center, lady popped her water without her knowing. Had a friend come in for some pain, made her give birth a month early. And the list goes on. Do not come here.
I worked with Dr. Zaid M. Diken in 2023 when I was pregnant with twins and had to travel weekly from Yakima to Richland. He was kind, caring and professional. He made his point very clear on how he felt about my situation and what the statistics were. He helped us feel confident and comfortable with our future. Here we are almost two years into having our twins. Thank you so much caring!
Dr. Diken is one of the most exceptional doctors I have ever seen. He has such a calm and caring demeanor and truly listens to your concerns. I have a very unique situation and had some concerns and he made sure to answer any and all questions I had while also showing compassion and understanding for the situation. The team at the Perinatal Center is always great, but Amanda and Shannon at the front desk have gone above and beyond for me multiple times dealing with insurance, helping with appointments in the Kadlec network on my behalf, and always being amazing over the phone and in person. Cant say how thankful I am for these ladies help!
