Dr Ailabouni is a good Dr but getting anyone to answer the phone is almost impossible. I have been trying to get the nurse and office staff to return a prescription request for medical equipment for almost 3 months. I tried to just schedule another appt but the scheduler was busy and I couldn't get anyone else to help. I tried getting in touch with the office manager but she never answered her phone nor did she return my call. I have all my Drs through Kadlec right now but I am goin to switch to Trios at this rate.
