The receptionist and nurses are not welcoming at all. Did not get care when I needed it.
Dr Tandon is a very patient and collaborative OB-Gyn. She also practices integrative medicine and has excellent ideas for health. Her message in the AVS is inspiring. She also has good staff including front desk, check out and MA.
Doctor Smith is awesome! Listened to my concerns and a clear plan of action was made. Kadlec's office practices of collecting co-pays from patients who have met deductibles and OOP maximums is not. Do better in your administrative practices Kadlec!
