Warning to Others! If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would! I scheduled a free consultation with this center—something I now deeply regret. A few days later, I was unexpectedly charged $191.05. When I called to dispute it, they acknowledged the error and issued a refund. However, two months later—without any further contact, appointments, or communication—I was charged again for the exact same amount: $191.05. I called to get information about treatments. I was told the facility was for “advanced” treatments. “We have TMS and ketamine”. I asked what was considered “advanced” and was hoping for more concrete information about that qualification/treatments and was met with a lot of “ummm” and “like”s from a younger-sounding receptionist. As a medical provider sussing out clinic options for my patients, this was beyond off-putting.
