We are very grateful for the thorough FCA report written by Rachael from Kadia. She took the time to really understand our daughter's situation and the family context. And was very receptive to working with us to achieve the detail needed in the report. If my experience is to go by I say, buyer beware. Sent a quote under the miseading heading of Therapy Plan to a participant for thousands of NDIS dollars.
Kadia Occupational Therapy is a nice place to visit. You go for the occupational therapy, but stay for the biscuits. 😁😁 On a serious note, they have assisted more than one friend/family member on more than one occasion and were fantastic. Highly recommend!
