I dropped my laptop off here in dec. 2024 when my laptop stopped working. The owner said I just needed a new battery and keyboard replacement. I Picked up the computer a week later. I placed a new battery (same exact specs as original but slightly different design) that i purchased, inside the laptop and the laptop shut off after 5 minutes. I brought the laptop back and the owner said that the battery fried my computer (another local shop says that did not happen). The owner said he would look it over and get back to me.
