I dropped my laptop off here in dec. 2024 when my laptop stopped working. The owner said I just needed a new battery and keyboard replacement. I Picked up the computer a week later. I placed a new battery (same exact specs as original but slightly different design) that i purchased, inside the laptop and the laptop shut off after 5 minutes.
