I would give them ZERO start!!! Kadence Healthcare has been incredibly frustrating to deal with during an already difficult situation. My mother urgently needs a replacement hospital bed because hers is broken beyond repair, and her doctor has already provided a new order. Despite this, Kadence refuses to even submit the claim to Medicare.
