My continued CPAP supplies are readil6 available for me by Kadence constantly reminding me.
Very pleasant staff. Not usually a long phone wait. Not much flexibility with orders now —- patient cant get just two or three tubes or cannulas, etc., but must order a box of say five or 10. I guess this is to save shipping charges? Or maybe So staff can be cut back by not repeatedly needing to take orders for small amounts? Of course, all of it ties into insurance, but as with all that is related to medical care now, decisions tight in strongly to Medi.

Good Servoce
I cannot recommend this medical equipment supplier. Like others I’ve tried, it’s all about the money. They keep track of when your insurance company or Medicare will cover your expenses and then they call you, and call you, and call you until you give in an order something. Even if you do not need anything. They are relentless. I finally found a vendor that waits for me to call them. Hallelujah.
