Kadence Healthcare: They are the Gold Standard for patient CPAP care in the greater Sacramento area!! I started using Kadence Healthcare in the Fall of 2023 based upon the rave reviews from my Doctor's office. I will refrain from using the name of that former company I was with but it is worth noting that Kadence is proactive in their treatment regimen. That is very clear!! My experience with Kandance was amazing. Nobody wants home health equipment because if you do something is wrong, my dad has dementia needs a bed a hoyer lift. So when I called I had no idea what the heck I was getting myself into. I called amazing customer service. Amazing, Oz came over Installed the stuff, I needed different side rails, Cade came back and installed the side rails. One thing I can say, great customer service. When I was waiting for my C-pap, they kept me informed. This was just when the recall was in effect. I waited a long time. They helped me get it set up, answered my questions so I could understand. When one of my orders was torn open at my place and missing things, they got them right to me. Great Job.
