I am a sixty-five year old lean, muscular male leading an active lifestyle and was having sex at least three times a week. I used the pills for a number of years and they worked most of the time...until they quit working at all. My primary care provider said I could try one of the local urologists or I could go to the best, traveling 50 miles to Sacramento to see Dr. Thompson. That was a no brainer. I suffered through nearly 10 years of trying to achieve and sustain an erection. The pills worked initially but carried unpleasant side effects such as headaches and nasal congestion. I migrated to the pump, which was no help. Finally, I suffered the indignity of trying intravenous penile injections. Uneventful. On my first visit, Dr. Thompson right away put me at ease to discuss my medical concerns. An explanation of my problem and easily understood treatment plan was presented to me which I thought about for a few days and decided to follow through with it. My surgery was 100% percent successful, and I’am very pleased with the results. Very grateful for her medical knowledge and highly skilled hands. I will seek Dr. Thompson’s counsel for Urological advice should that be needed in the future.

Dr. Thompson communicates clearly and concisely, and is a very qualified urologist. She is compassionate and a good listener. She does expect a lot out of her patients, and this isn't necessarily a bad thing, just different. If she does not agree with you, she will let you know.
