Kade and Nicole were terrific when we bought our first home toward the end of 2024. Nicole led many of our showings and was very flexible and accommodating, as well as informative. Kade was similarly informative and always available for questions and made us aware ahead of time when he wouldn’t be available. Kade’s persistence even got us a new roof, which the inspection recommended, after the insurance man said “no” initially. Will definitely use Kade and Nicole again if we’re ever fortunate enough to upgrade.
