Kim answered the call. She listened completely to the circumstances of mold in my basement before trying to provide me reassurance. She then old me when she could come to start the testing. When I told her my timeline, she realized she needed to work me in sooner. She did. She tested multiple areas and made sure to get the results to Fed Ex that day!
