During the recent thunderstorms I was in contact with Kim and she was able to give me great recommendations over the phone before she was even able to arrive. Called a lot of water damage buisnesses in town and this was the only place that kept in great contact with me leading up to their arrival. As well, they were by far the fastest at getting to my place to address the issue.
Kim and Levi and their team were amazing to work with! Our basement flooded due to bad storms. Within 45 minutes of calling them, they were out at my house, pulling the carpet away from the walls and had fans and dehumidifiers set up. Due to how quickly they arrived and their mitigation, our drywall, cabinets and floor molding were completely fine! I would recommend them over and over!

Kim is incredible, reliable, and generous. After some pipes backed up to flood our basement with foul water, let’s say, we had cleaned our best but still smelled the mold. Kim gave great advice over the phone and then squeezed in an extra visit in the middle of a full day just to help us identify exactly what carpet and walls needed to go and what needed to be cleaned.
