I was concerned about potential mold issues several months ago so I contacted Kade Cleaning. They came out and inspected/tested promptly and did a great job. They also cost much less than other companies. Then, several months later I contacted them about some additional concerns. They came out and inspected, gave suggestions, and even did some cleaning at no charge. How often does anyone do this anymore? Later, at my request, they came back out and re-tested. I can’t say enough positive things about my experience with Kade Cleaning. From the time I called Kim she was giving me helpful tips on how to try to fix ourselves. After we attempted to clean all surfaces ourselves we were fighting a loosing battle. We had just built a 40x80 QSI building. We had not installed ventilation yet and with all the rain and high humidity we were literally growing a crop of mold on all wooden surfaces. Including 14ft high rafters. During the recent thunderstorms I was in contact with Kim and she was able to give me great recommendations over the phone before she was even able to arrive. Called a lot of water damage buisnesses in town and this was the only place that kept in great contact with me leading up to their arrival. As well, they were by far the fastest at getting to my place to address the issue.
