It's lovely, gentle, nonjudgmental teaching and practice of meditation.
I am so grateful to have found the Kadampa Center. In just a few short months I have already learned so much that is making tangible improvements in my life. And, I feel like I am a part of a real and caring community. I could not recommend them more highly. I only wish I had found them sooner.
What a welcoming place to learn meditation for all levels. Noreen, the Resident Teacher, makes meditation accessible and easy to follow. This is worth checking out. There are weekly meditation classes available in English and Spanish , plus meditation day-courses once a month on the weekend.
