Had a really great experience at KAD Jewelry and Battery today. I walked in with a ring completely stuck on my finger and honestly a bit stressed, but the owner took care of it right away. He cut the ring off (for free!), stayed super calm and reassuring the whole time, and explained everything as he went. The usual tool didn’t work, the ring was quite thick, so he had to switch to a hand tool, but he talked me through it and made sure I was okay the entire time. I had a great experience with Ted at Kad Jewelers. He fixed the clasp on my chain in less than 10 minutes, and the price was really good. Fast, professional, and super easy process. I’ll definitely be coming back.

Had my high-end watch resized. Friendly, knowledgeable and affordable.
Ted is a gem! He fixed my ring that my boyfriend snapped on accident while he was trying to reshape it. It looked better than when the ring was given to me! It looks shinier and more secured now! Highly recommend bringing your jewelry here!
