I am not surprised this place has solid 5-star reviews. I walked in with questions about resizing a ring, and Ted couldn't have been more helpful and knowledgeable about my options, which were far cheaper (a third of the price) and faster than other places I went to. So kind, professional, and clearly an expert in his craft. I will go nowhere else for any watch/jewelry related issues.
Very fast repair of a broken gold chain
Today I got my ring stuck in my fingers and he helped me to remove it out and it was such a relief cause I was in such a pain . The man is such a good person he removed it without any pain. Great place to get ur jewellery. Recommend 100%
