First time going there. Went to get a battery for my sister's talking watch. (She's blind). The man was so sweet. He kept asking the watch what time it was. It has to be placed in the window overnight to reset. He gave me a 10% discount too. Very convenient location. I will definitely be going back to get my watch batteries and some jewelry repaired.
Had a really great experience at KAD Jewelry and Battery today. I walked in with a ring completely stuck on my finger and honestly a bit stressed, but the owner took care of it right away. He cut the ring off (for free!), stayed super calm and reassuring the whole time, and explained everything as he went. The usual tool didn’t work, the ring was quite thick, so he had to switch to a hand tool, but he talked me through it and made sure I was okay the entire time.
