Was going to another dentist who charged outrageous prices. Called Dr. Kacys office and got an appointment. Have the best experience and care. Also had emergency on a Saturday and was seen within 1/2 hour. Highly recommend

Insurance scammer!!!!! This guy charged me for X-rays he never took. My new dentist office and I both had to call multiple times before they would send them to the new office. My new dentist said the X-rays were incomplete and there was supposed to be more, and I needed more x-rays but my insurance would not cover them because I had already been billed for them once this calendar year.

The last week of August, for the first time in the over 15 years that my family and I have been your patients, I had a dental emergency. I called the office on Wednesday August 28th asking for an appointment, and I was told that I have to wait until the following Tuesday to see the dentist. I begged the receptionist for an appointment because I was in so much pain but it was useless, basically I was told that I have to suck it up and wait until after Labor Day weekend.
