wouldn’t recommend Kachina Springs. I’ve had ongoing concerns with the condition of the property, including issues with pests (roach problems), possible black mold, and worries about lead. These are serious health and safety concerns that shouldn’t be ignored, but I feel like management hasn’t addressed them properly. While the location is convenient and the grounds look fine on the outside, the inside of the units tell a different story.
