wouldn’t recommend Kachina Springs. I’ve had ongoing concerns with the condition of the property, including issues with pests (roach problems), possible black mold, and worries about lead. These are serious health and safety concerns that shouldn’t be ignored, but I feel like management hasn’t addressed them properly. While the location is convenient and the grounds look fine on the outside, the inside of the units tell a different story. Our family has had nothing but health and safety issues since moving into Kachina Springs. We’ve dealt with black mold and roach infestations, and despite making multiple requests for help, management does the bare minimum. The ‘repairs’ are half-hearted and never fix the problems, leaving us living in an unsafe environment. It’s clear they don’t care about our health or safety. My family has had serious health issues since living at Kachina Springs. We’ve dealt with roaches, what looks like black mold, and possible lead exposure. Since moving here, several of us have developed constant coughing, headaches, and other health problems that weren’t there before.
