Robert at Kachina Repair is the best! My boat is running better than ever!! I've never actually met Robert but he has picked up my boat twice at the marina fixed it and delivered it back in a timely manor. He is very dependable and professional. Thanks for taking care of us!
We brought a boat in to have some wiring checked on the trolling motor and possibly reseal the hydraulics for the trim. He told us two to four weeks to get it looked it and repaired. We were totally fine with that. After four weeks we called and he apologized said he was backed but would get to it the next Tuesday. Again we were fine with that. He jumped in immediately, handled everything like a pro, and kept me in the loop every step of the way. His communication is top-notch and his customer service is next level. I should have written this review a month ago but I have been busy moving. My truck broke down near this boat repair shop somehow the bolt holding the upper control arm came out. Anyway the people at the gas station were super helpful and told me where I might be able to find what I needed to get back on the road. The owner of the boat repair place came over and found the right nut for the bolt. When I tried to pay him for his time he told me no and he was just happy to help.
