When you are shown an apartment all rooms freezing. When you move in, hot as hell. A/C air blocked, rigged to flow thru tiny vent from living room To bedroom Vent approximately 3 ft off floor, 7x5. Little to no air gets to bedroom. Is 2:30 a.m. A/c won't even come on and stay on. 93 degrees at 2:30 a.m. We are drenched, no sleep. Somehow someway this has to be fixed or there will be more vacant units to fill. Love this place but why do I pay for electricity for an old Bates Motel a/c that won't cool apartment?
