I have been here 7 years and some tenants longer that they are letting people know that the rent is being raised by $400.00 that’s absolutely unheard of we are seniors barely making ends meet and have been here for years, some on social security, and your going to raise our rent 400.00 they don’t care but anything definitely not there long term tenants were in the middle of a pandemic taking this to the news
Great value for the price. Not sure how things will work out under the new management. The old guard ran a tight ship. Still a good value, though. Nowhere else can you find this square footage with these amenities in good, working condition. Maybe not luxury, but more than comfortable and way better than average.
