Holland is friendly and has good communication skills. She followed through and always did everything she said she would do. She wrote up a contract for us and handles all the paperwork prep. I never felt pressured by her to buy even though she wasn’t going to get paid unless we did buy. She listened to my concerns and we adjusted our strategy many times during a large loan and purchase process. I would recommend her favorably.
